Gift Card FAQs

• These Gift Cards are valid for Ticketmaster events only, which is 99% of all events at The Tivoli, and 80% of all events at The Princess Theatre. They cannot be used for any event outside of Ticketmaster i.e. Oztix, Eventbrite, Moshtix, etc. 
• The minimum amount is $10, and the maximum is $500.
• Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
• Gift Cards have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• You can purchase a Gift Card from Ticketmaster online only, and not in person at the venue.
• You cannot use your Gift Card to buy Secure Tickets, resale tickets where resale is available, to buy any goods or services other than Ticketmaster products, to buy another gift card or to buy any goods or services on any third-party website (e.g. moshtix.com.au or ticketmaster.co.nz).
